Meet the team!
Since joining 21st Century Mark has spearheaded both our Smart Ticketing strategy and implementation and has worked on multiple projects for customers that have embarked upon Smart Ticketing rollouts. The recent installation of Weston-super-Mare’s iPoint was a particular high point for Mark, with the innovative TVM combining all the functionality one would expect of a Smart Ticket Vending Machine and multi-modal onward travel information, enabling passengers to fulfil a number of functions in a single location.
Ted has over 20 years’ experience supplying CCTV and integrated security management systems into public space, high security, critical national infrastructure and banking applications. Since joining our Passenger Systems team 18 months ago, Ted has taken on the role of Northern Region Account Manager and has used his experience in delivering complex and multi-faceted systems to assist customers in getting the most from their information estates and the different technologies held within them.
Saff has built his experience of real time information estates from the ground up. After joining us as an engineer 11 years ago, he was worked his way up to be our Southern Region Account Manager. During his time with us he has been integral to a wide range of projects and developments and always wants to deliver the best possible solution for our customers. As a result, Saff is particularly strong driving research and development for both the hardware and software required for an effective information estate. The most recent of which has been the development of our low-power E-ink and solar displays which has seen 21st Century introduce the first solar-powered stretched shelter display to real time information market.
